What Is a Wellness Evaluation?

A Wellness Evaluation is a dedicated one-to-one session designed to give you clarity, insight, and direction on your health and wellbeing.

During this personalised session, you’ll have the space to talk openly about your goals — whether they relate to health, wellness, fitness, strength, or weight. This is your time to be heard and supported by a qualified wellness coach.

As part of the evaluation, you’ll receive a complimentary body scan. Your coach will guide you through the results, helping you clearly understand what the data is telling you about your body — from strength levels and composition to how your body is currently functioning and even the biological age your body reflects.

Most importantly, you’ll learn what can be improved and how. If you choose to, you’ll be shown a personalised programme tailored specifically to your results and goals, designed to help you make meaningful, sustainable changes to the areas you’re not happy with.

There’s no obligation to commit to anything. Many people simply use the session to gain valuable insight, walk away with a deeper understanding of their body, recognise how strong they already are — and how much stronger they could become.

A Wellness Evaluation is about empowerment through knowledge, personalised support, and giving you the confidence to take your next step toward better health, in your own way and at your own pace.
